Sometimes you have to play with your food. These shells are from a local farm and shown in a broken pile beneath the ominous shadow of the basket that held them. (Don't worry, you'll notice I cooked up the good parts earlier, so no food was wasted.)

A Little About Me

I’m a corporate refugee who abandoned the boardroom to explore my love of food, travel, and the great outdoors. Photography became a serious passion more than 10 years ago when I began traveling and teaching photography in earnest. When I’m not out with my camera, you can find me with my 5-year-old and husband exploring everything the Western Slope has to offer.
